Our Commitment
At Shoes with Stars on Them, we stand behind the quality of our premium designer sneakers. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your star-studded footwear, we're here to make it right.
Return Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your shoes for a full refund or exchange. Returns initiated after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee or store credit only.
Important: All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your shoes must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Original packaging (shoe box) must be included
- Items must be free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
- All accessories (extra laces, care instructions) must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized shoes with special star configurations
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with special promotions
- Shoes that show signs of wear beyond trying on
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards and digital products
How to Return
Returning your shoes is simple:

- Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
- Step 3: Receive your prepaid return shipping label via email
- Step 4: Pack your shoes in the original box with all accessories
- Step 5: Attach the return label and drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned shoes, we will:
- Inspect the items within 2-3 business days
- Send you an email confirmation once the return is approved
- Process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Note: It may take an additional 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within the United States:
- Follow the same return process and indicate you want an exchange
- We'll send your new shoes as soon as we receive your return
- If the new item costs more, you'll be charged the difference
- If it costs less, you'll receive a refund for the difference
Shipping Costs
- Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Size/Style Changes: We provide a prepaid return label (shipping cost will be deducted from your refund)
- International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive defective or damaged shoes, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge
- Cover all associated shipping costs
